In the past, farmers used to
cultivate this walled vineyard without earing their living. Therefore,
it was called the "Le Perd son Pain"
(can't earn one's
daily bread). Today, the wine has found its place; the soil
perfectly suited to the "Melon de Bourgogne" grape variety,
produces a rich, ditinguished wine of grat fineness. The "sur
lie" vinification provides it with a harmony and freshness
appreciated by the connaisseurs.
Served between 9°C and 11°C, with meal or as a drink
to enjoy with friends, this is a wine for every moment. It will
perfectly match seafood and shellfish dishes.
