Landowners and wine growers

The vineyard covers a wide area (30 ha) where the best grape vines of Saint-Fiacre are grown.

Main produce :

  • Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine : variety of vine "Melon de bourgogne" (Burgundy region).
  • Gros plant du pays nantais : variety of vine "Folle blanche".

Two distinct soil conditions :

  • Gneiss-soil (light and stony) : the early ripeness of the grapes gives a fruity, pleasant wine.
  • Clayey soil : the late fruit gives a wine with market by soil, bouquet and prolongated aroma.
