Formerly, farmers used to work this enclosed plot on poor soils : they were "losing their bread" !

Since then, the vineyard took place. This qualitative soil suits the vine Melon B. It produces a naturally rich, fruity and distinguished wine.

The wine-making "on lees" gives harmony and freshness, appreciated by wine connoisseurs.

Best served between 9°C and 11°C (around 50°F), Le Perd son Pain is the wine for every occasion.
It will be perfect to accompany seafood and shellfish.

Les Trois Versants

Les Trois Versants is made from particularly well exposed old vineyards : the grape ripening is perfect.

Around 10% of the production is vinified in oak barrels. Wood does not dominate wine, it brings substance and structure.

This characteristic vintage is not racked to protect aromas and fineness. Bottling is made directly on the lees. This method gives this wine length in the mouth, which means it is a great Muscadet.

Its balance suits the finest dishes. Best served at 10°C (50°F), it enhances fishes.

Monnières - Saint Fiacre

Monnières - Saint Fiacre is a fine wine from Nantes wine area.

The vineyard lies right in the Muscadet production area, on the best exposed gneiss hillsides, between the rivers Sèvre and Maine.

This 100% Melon B. vineyard is grown traditionally. Production is moderate. Ripeness achieves excellence. Grapes are handpicked.
Wine is then matured on lees for at least 30 months after fermentation stage, with regular stirring of the lees.

Monnières - Saint Fiacre offers a great mineral taste, with expressive nose dominated by fruitiness, and fills the mouth with well-balanced flavour.

Monnières - Saint Fiacre can be served with fine dishes and delicacies. We recommend 10°C (50°F) with a slight ventilation.

Gros Plant du Pays Nantais sur Lie

Gros Plant du Pays Nantais sur Lie

Lower production, the Gros Plant, made from the grape-variety Folle Blanche, is full of fineness. Its liveliness is stronger.

Vinified on its lees, easy to drink, this wine will delight every palate.

Its ocean freshness suits oysters, seafood or shellfish.

Quality sparkling wine, the "Perles des Rochettes" is produced according to the traditional method (9 months on laths in underground cellars) in order to emphasize the freshness of the Folle Blanche and the fruitiness of the Melon B.

With an occasion or not, you will enjoy the "Perles des Rochettes" natural or in a kir royal.
